Learning with Horses
What is Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)? It’s a hands-on activity that can teach people personal and emotional skills such as leadership and confidence. All activities are done from the ground; there is no riding involved.
When led by a Child & Youth Care professional, EAL can address mental health concerns as well
